Bethesda Summer Music Festival

Come out and help us support the Asian American Music Society as they support The Bethesda Summer Music Festival for Bethesda Cares ( home coming project for the homeless) and Umbrella Initiatives.

The Asian American Music society (AAMS) was founded in 1989 as an organization dedicated to the continued appreciation of all music.

The Bethesda Summer Music Festival enriches its participants, whether they are emerging professionals or high school students, preparing for college auditions. The festival offers for all participants coaching, improvisation classes, health and pedagogy seminars, and a variety of master classes. These offerings are not a requirement and are to be used within the best judgment of the participant and their teacher. The goal of the festival is to nurture the students into the next level of musicality. The program builds skills to be used in performances throughout the intensive two week program. We join in a positive environment promoting the camaraderie and networking of music students and professionals.
